Nephroscope
A nephroscope is an endoscopic instrument that is designed for examination and manipulation of the renal pelvis. The traditional universal nephroscope consists of rods of different diameters, a barrel with a wide working channel for instruments, an illumination and imaging system.
Modern halogen, xenon or LED illuminators in combination with new fiber optic technologies make it possible to obtain an accurate picture of the condition of the renal pelvis.
