VA 11 is an oil-free medical air compressor designed for supplying compressed air to anesthesia systems and mechanical lung ventilators. The compressor generates clean, dry air without traces of oil, making it suitable for respiratory equipment used in medical settings.

The VA 11 combines a 2 L air receiver, 5 µm air filtration and continuous operation in a compact mobile housing. The built-in pressure indication shows the outlet pressure during operation, while the castor-mounted design makes it convenient to move between clinical areas.

Clean and Dry Compressed Air

The oil-free compressor supplies compressed air without oil contamination. Air filtration is rated at 5 µm, while the system reduces the dew point by 5°C below the ambient temperature at 3 bar and 20°C. These characteristics are important when compressed air is used with anesthesia and respiratory equipment.

Stable Air Supply for Respiratory Equipment

VA 11 has a compressor capacity of 50 L/min at 3.5 bar and a peak flow of 200 L/min at 3 bar. The 2 L air receiver supports the compressed-air circuit during operation. The compressor operates continuously and has an outlet connection compatible with medical equipment: DISS 1160-A (3/4″-16 UNF).

Compact Mobile Design

The compressor is designed as a compact mobile unit with castors. Its dimensions with wheels are 43.7 × 38.5 × 54.5 cm, making it suitable for placement and movement within different medical departments. The noise level is 49 dB(A).
