Brightfield Healthcare S6100B is a modular anesthesia system for anesthesia and respiratory management of neonatal, pediatric and adult patients. The system combines anesthesia gas delivery, mechanical ventilation, spontaneous breathing support and integrated safety functions in a single workstation.
The S6100B features an 8.4″ touchscreen TFT LCD display and a range of ventilation modes for different clinical situations. Its ventilation configuration includes conventional controlled and supported modes as well as PCV-VG, giving the system a flexible set of options for anesthesia and respiratory management.
8.4″ Touchscreen and PCV-VG Ventilation
The 8.4″ touchscreen TFT LCD display is used to view ventilation parameters and control the system. S6100B supports VCV, SIMV-VC, PCV, SIMV-PC, CPAP, PS and PCV-VG ventilation modes.
The available modes cover volume-controlled and pressure-controlled ventilation as well as supported ventilation. PCV-VG adds an additional ventilation option to the system configuration when this mode is required for the clinical procedure.
Ventilation for Different Patient Categories
S6100B supports ventilation for neonates, children and adults. Mechanical and spontaneous ventilation can be used within the same anesthesia workstation according to the patient’s condition and the selected ventilation mode.
Emergency Alarm System
