About product

Catching Episodes That a One-Day Study Misses

Paroxysmal arrhythmias, unexplained fainting and occasional palpitations often do not appear within 24–48 hours. The H3B-plus keeps recording for up to seven days, which raises the chance of capturing the event itself rather than a normal trace in between.

What the Recorder Offers

  • 3 channels, 7-lead cable – a lean electrode set that is easy to wear for a whole week.
  • Up to 168 h – one continuous study instead of several short ones.
  • 1.77″ OLED screen – lets the nurse confirm signal quality before the patient leaves.
  • 2 × AAA, USB to PC – common batteries and a cable download after the study.

Living With the Device

At 98 × 59 × 21 mm and 78 g the recorder clips to a belt or sits in a pouch, so sleep, work and walks continue as usual. When symptoms come on, a press of the event button tags the exact minute for the physician.

Reading the Results

The software screens the whole week for arrhythmias, processes ST-T, QRS, HRV, HRT, DC, TWA and SAP, and plots the rhythm as a Lorenz diagram. The cardiologist receives a summary report with the flagged fragments ready for review.

Where It Is Used

  • Inpatient cardiology
  • Intensive care
  • Assessment before surgery
  • Sports medicine

When a full 12-lead picture matters more than recording length, the H12B-plus is the companion model.
