Brightfield BFW-4M Endoscope Drying and Storage Cabinet
The Brightfield BFW-4M is designed for the controlled drying and storage of flexible endoscopes. It accommodates up to four endoscopes simultaneously and combines air drying, HEPA filtration, ultraviolet treatment and monitoring of storage conditions in one cabinet.
Its double-layer body has a powder-coated carbon steel exterior and a stainless steel interior. The storage chamber is made of stainless steel, providing a practical surface for routine cleaning and maintenance.
Independent Drying for Four Endoscopes
The BFW-4M is equipped with four compressors, each dedicated to one endoscope channel. This arrangement provides an independent air supply for each of the four endoscope positions.
The system supports drying of the external surfaces and internal working channels of flexible endoscopes. Its well-organized chamber allows the instruments to be stored separately and helps protect them from accidental damage.
Air Filtration and UV Treatment
HEPA filtration is integrated into the air supply system. An ultraviolet lamp treats the air supplied to the cabinet and endoscope channels, providing an additional air disinfection function.
The specified UV intensity rate is 14,500 µW.
Controlled Storage Conditions
A microprocessor-controlled system maintains the required temperature and humidity inside the cabinet. The operating temperature range is 5–50°C, while humidity settings are adjustable from 30% to 90%.
Operating parameters are managed through a 4.3-inch colour touchscreen LED display with an intuitive interface.
Electronic Access and Built-in Printer
The BFW-4M includes an electronic access control system with PIN code and staff access card options. This allows cabinet access to be managed through electronic identification.
A built-in printer is also included in the BFW-4M configuration.
