The Brightfield HD Endoscopy System is designed for reliable Full HD visualization during endoscopic examinations and minimally invasive surgical procedures. The system combines a 1920 × 1080 CMOS camera with a dedicated LED light source, providing an imaging solution for operating rooms and compatible endoscopic instruments.
The camera and illumination equipment can be installed on a mobile endoscopy trolley with a suitable medical monitor and accessories. The configuration can be selected according to the existing video infrastructure and intended clinical applications.
Full HD Endoscopic Camera
The Brightfield HD camera provides Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels using a 1/3-inch CMOS image sensor in a 16:9 format. The specified TV resolution exceeds 1000 lines.
With a sensitivity below 3 lux at f/1.4 and an adjustable electronic shutter ranging from 1/50 (1/60) to 1/10,000 second, the camera supports visualization under different illumination conditions.
Camera functions include automatic white balance with data retention, freeze-frame viewing, digital zoom, a multilingual menu, and USB photo and video recording.
The camera offers several video connections, including HDMI/DVI, component video, composite video, and S-Video. Two HD-SDI outputs are available as an option.
LED Light Source — CRI 70
The dedicated HD system LED light source provides illumination with a colour rendering index of CRI 70 and a colour temperature of approximately 6500 K.
The LED module has a specified service life exceeding 20,000 hours. A standard Storz light-guide connector supports connection to compatible endoscopic instruments.
Mobile Endoscopy Workstation
The HD camera and LED light source can be arranged on a mobile endoscopy trolley together with a compatible Full HD medical monitor and selected accessories.
The mobile configuration keeps the imaging and illumination equipment together, with access to camera controls, video outputs, and light-guide connections. The final arrangement depends on the selected monitor, trolley, endoscopes, and accessories.
