Arthroscope
Arthroscope is an endoscopic instrument for diagnostic examination and minimally invasive interventions on large joints under visual control.
Arthroscopy of large and small joints, in most cases, is performed for diagnostic purposes, especially if it is not possible to make a diagnosis in the early stages using traditional methods of examination - radiography, arthrography, ultrasound, CT and MRI. The use of an arthroscope opens up new possibilities for solving many problems associated with joint pathology.
This technique not only has a greater diagnostic value in comparison with radiation methods, but allows, simultaneously with the diagnosis, to perform the necessary surgical intervention with the help of special instrumentation, moreover, it is less invasive and more effective.
